BizConference (for meeting hosts or presenters):
- Windows XP or 2000.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or above.
- Macromedia Flash 7.0 or above.
- 56kbps Internet connection (minimum requirement).
- Broadband Internet connection is required for screen sharing.
- Microsoft PowerPoint (optional).
- Speakers (optional).
- Microphone or USB headset (optional).
BizConference (for attending meetings or playing back recordings):
- Windows XP, 2000, Mac OS X.

| BizConference converts motions you take on your computer into high-quality Flash movies for sharing with remote attendees. The latency or the delay of meeting events depends on your network speed and what type of content you are sharing. For a typical broadband connection (DSL or cable), the delay ranges from 1 to 5 seconds. |

| How Much Bandwidth is Needed to Host a Meeting?

| You need to have a minimum of 56kbps Internet connection to host or attend a BizConference meeting. If you need to show your desktop, you should have a broadband connection with at least 100kbps of upload speed. |
