Founder & CEO
Barry Friedman, CPA, brings more than 35 years of experience in information technology and software development to BizConference. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of GovCon, where he developed an online electronic commerce community that brought together thousands of IT contractors and hundreds of government entities. Prior to that he was the CEO of Friedman and Fuller, an accounting and business consulting firm, which was sold to American Express. He earned a MBA in Business Administration from Loyola College.
Ken Vaughn
Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer Ken Vaughn is responsible for the BizConference technology infrastructure. Ken has worked as an applications programmer since 1989 and as an internet application developer since 1995. He has a diverse background developing and implementing complex high-end systems and intuitive web-based applications for organizations throughout the United States. Ken is a Certified ColdFusion Developer with extensive experience in database architecture and interface design.
Andrew Murdock
Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development Andrew brings over two decades of experience in the computer industry. He has in depth knowledge of the breadth of technology gained implementing projects for companies as diverse as JP Morgan Chase, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Monetary Authority Oppenheimer Funds, British Telecom, Cable and Wireless, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin and several agencies of the US Federal Government.
