If you would like to present a more professional apperance you can opt for BizConference's toll-free conference number where you only pay $0.099 per minute, per attendee. The functionality of the system is more advanced then the "free" version and your attendees will incur no long distance fees to attend your conference.
The below is a visual of the interface you use to manage each conference call. You can see the number the individuals called from, you can mute all or selected callers, create subconferences, hangup on calls if you want, and even have the system call a person to invite them to the meeting.
